Project Background
The case is a 400 sqm villa residence located in the center of Hangzhou. Five years ago, we custom-built a house for the homeowner, and progress stalled due to the birth of Bibo. As the project restarts, I asked the owner if there was a need to adjust the style, and I remember her as a costume manager: a good look, it must be outdated. It's also because of her conviction that we can bring “it” in front of everyone. The first impression of the beginning is given full prominence in art at any time, and the flow of the space is more than just a representation of beauty. The good and bad of the flow organization has a greater impact on the quality of use of each space in the interior, as well as a change in the rhythm of each space. The black box in the entrance area again extends to the space of the shoe cabinet. Both can be better matched, and the transition through the line of sight to the functional area makes the staircase stand out especially throughout the space. Both as a barrier and as a link for different spaces.
In this private house, designers create a pure and extreme spiritual home based on relative conciseness and naturalness. The polar bear sofa is placed in the middle of the living room, allowing each inhabitant to find a comfortable position in this space. In this busy city, “Find a space where you are comfortable, and that must be home” is a theme that owners repeatedly raise in my ears. It is also an original design that designers want to express, not only based on the division of space functions, but also allows residents to relax. The common space is centered on the corridor, the living room and restaurant are separated on both sides, each with plenty of light, and natural light from both sides, and the entrance to the space feels spacious and bright. Revolving the stairs on the second floor of the basement, making the horizontal axis a new visual highlight. The stairs are arranged in a uniform sequence, creating multiple features of “side view with a hollow view and a realistic look”. The original stair area is transformed into an entrance storage room, expanding the capacity of the space.
The glass railing gives a fantastic feeling. The one-story space of the stairs just happens to form an atmosphere of daylight in this location. The second floor of the basement is an office and leisure area. While working, you can also look out through the windows of the box overlooking the entertainment space on the ground floor, creating a good space perspective. On the left is a rotating staircase with streamlines, and on the right is an interesting glass box. The bottom tier is the entertainment space. Friends come and have a nice drink at the bar. Plus a children's play space for children. Individuals in space can move individually in each area. Simple black and white tones, clean material works well in a space. Stainless steel countertops, hollow stone slabs, make the space more concise atmosphere. Space needs to have a high and low level of error to be embodied. Allows the inner workings of residents to create changes, transitions in space. The generation of psychological changes, the size of the body blocks, does not leave the planning of the design. The underground space has a horizontal effect with the variation of indoor light. The power of the white wall lies in its pure, bright character, which brings a fresh and open atmosphere to the entire space. White walls act as guides of light, introducing natural light into every corner, creating a peaceful and open living environment.
Because of minimalism, thousands are derived. In addition to the elegant simplicity and comfort of the master bedroom, the rich light, delicate and smooth soft fabrics, etc., create an atmosphere of relaxation, tranquility, peace, and peace, allowing one to find an inner “peace of mind” in the resonance with the environment. The texture of life never comes from orthodontic creation, but rather from enjoying a life that is more at will and more sexual. Fun ceiling design, which fits well with the thoughts of children walking around the sky. The planet light on the left is also the little thing that children want to be careful about.
