Bezmirno Construction Studio completed this project in early autumn 2022, the main purpose of which is to design an elegant interior environment and a cozy atmosphere. Achieved by implementing a combination of warm, neutral palettes and natural materials. The designers made only minor changes to the layout of the apartment, which included the addition of a small but convenient dressing room outside the master bedroom. The entire apartment consists of two bedrooms, two dressing rooms, a shower, a bathroom and a spacious open-plan living space.

The marble coffee table forms a reflective core in the center of the seating area. Opposite the sofa, a slender media console unit highlights the TV and a wall-mounted storage unit. MOST OF THE CABINETS AND WALL PANELS IN THE APARTMENT ARE CUSTOM-MADE FOR THE PROJECT. Upon entering this stylish apartment, you will see a cozy open living space with a warm and welcoming appeal. The layout is spacious and practical, the dining table and kitchen area are located behind the L-shaped sofa. The white marble coffee table provides a neat decoration. In the dining area, a rectangular table occupies almost the entire length of the kitchen. A simple glass vase filled with flowers creates a beautiful table center under the bright light of linear pendant lights. Stylish living room loungers add contrasting chocolate tones to the living room decor in white tones. The rich interior of the chair is complemented by a dark parquet floor peeking out from the edge of a custom-made Belgian carpet.

Apply two different floor treatments to create partitions. Large block tiled floors define a clear corridor from the main living space. The wood ceiling finish above the sidewalk provides additional space definition. The guest bathroom is placed next to the corridor.
Black track lights provide a flexible lighting solution for living room ceilings and hallways. Spotlights create a more comfortable atmosphere to adapt to different scenes. The hallway is covered with wooden wall panels, creating a perfectly smooth aesthetic and warm appearance. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hallway. Adjacent doors lead to the dressing room, bathroom and second bedroom.

In the master bedroom, a soothing gray decor scheme promotes rest and relaxation. A thick gray curtain frame holds the window. Next to a gray soft mattress, a round bedside cabinet is illuminated under a low hanging mini chandelier. Opposite the end of the bed, the floating desk design adds a visually warm wooden element to the gray room. A thin long black floor lamp provides work lighting for the home workspace and doubles as a dressing table. The TV is installed above the desk and is in the main viewing position of the bed. Spacious walk-in wardrobe/dressing room with hanging bars, hangers and floating drawers on both sides. A mirrored panel wall further adds to the sense of space and light in the closet.
