DA bureau | Light green apartment of 36 floors, Morandi, Estonia

P63 is a small city apartment designed by DA bureau. Most of the time, he and his family stay in the countryside, only going on business in the city center for 1-2 days. At the beginning of this design project, designers are faced with a difficult task, namely, to effectively organize space in a relatively small apartment and make it as practical as possible.

The designer created an object in the form of a cube, which logically divides the central space of the apartment into several zones. One side of the space is the kitchen and the other is the larger storage area, which keeps the hallway and entrance area neat and practical. In addition, the designer designed a small workspace inside this volumetric object. As the main concept of the apartment, designers want to make the space in the apartment bright, concise and clean. That's why you choose white as the color for all surfaces. At the same time, the functional volumetric green cube becomes the visual highlight of the design.
