This cozy little apartment of 50 ㎡ is located in a typical slab room built in 1974, designed by designer Serge Makhov, where the parents of future clients or her daughter will live. The designers chose a Bohemian-style decor - details made of wood, rattan and woolen fabric make the neutral interior decor vibrant.

The apartment is in a great location, as it is located on the 11th floor and the view is good. But the construction of the apartment building is an ordinary apartment building with low ceilings. Another problem is caused by the large load-bearing wall between the bedroom and the living room kitchen, in which there is an opening.
The apartment already has a room and a kitchen. The designer allocated two dressing rooms in the apartment and arranged the furniture in different ways. Designers improve openings in bedroom load-bearing walls by partitioning. The small area contains a double bed and a small table that can be used as a dressing table. The lamps in the bedroom are custom-made according to the designer's sketches and can serve as a visual division of the area.

Since the apartment is small and plans to rent later, the emphasis is on bright, pleasant tones. Wood in the interior becomes a special accent - the exterior walls of the kitchen, the walls of the bedroom and the shutters are all made of wood materials. In addition, black elements were introduced in the decor to add a graphic touch: chair legs and armchairs, chest of drawers and window frames.
