This is the home of a young couple with their hunting dog. They go away from work all year round and come home to be something “to look forward to”. They want their home to be a resting place, an energy supply station, and a small universe where they can share their daily lives with their pets.
The biggest advantage of this apartment is the five floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and a long balcony that extends to the sides. Nikita Kozlov designed this “landscape gift” as a starting point to make the space not just a container for shelter from the wind, but a living area “in common with the landscape”.
The designers retained a large area of transparent glass and made natural light the best interior decoration with soft materials and neutral tones.
The original layout includes two bedrooms, a compact bathroom and an integrated kitchen-living room. designersSeparate planning of the dressing room and laundry space, hide it deep in the living room, cleverly hiding the “sense of clutter” in sight.
The main bedroom is throughSLIDING GLASS COMPARTMENTPair with silk curtains for a translucent yet privacy-friendly stretch space. Without sacrificing light, you can also maintain a quiet atmosphere of rest.
One of the rooms could not be changed due to load-bearing wall restrictions, so the designers purposefully planned it asStudy Room/Room Mixed Space。 This design not only saves space, but also allows small spaces to play multiple roles.
When friends visit, it is a room; in everyday life, it is a studio with a reading corner. THIS “SCENARIO-SWITCHED SPACE” HAS BECOME AN INDISPENSABLE TREND IN MODERN METROPOLITAN HOMES.

The most special thing about this design is — the owner is an old friend of the designer. This familiarity allowed Kozlov to master them better.Personality, Rhythm and Aesthetic Preferences。 This “highly customized” scenario resonates with ordinary cases.
From the design of the front door at first glance, to the directional selection of the living room sofa, to the scale of the storage area, everything responds to the feeling of “this is our home”.

After traveling and working, you can return to such a comfortable and belonging space, which is perhaps the “vacation routine” that modern urbanites need most.
