Design Ideas

Home is the best place for people's mind and body; it should largely satisfy owners' “self” demands; privacy is the most basic theme and state of life at home; the owner of the project is a lover who wants to create a home that not only satisfies the “living space” she desires, but is also pampered as much as possible. A space to enjoy, not restricted and locked up. Therefore, the designers set two routes for the front and rear houses, with separate recreation and activity spaces for people and pets. A separate home and care space for pets is also designed, where owners can take care of their pets while protecting their quality of life. The light green of the front yard maximizes the dimensions of the light into the space, while the natural and dynamic light aesthetics show the boundless artistic tension, and the atmosphere becomes perfect.

Combination/Shaping

Define the formerly dim basement as a more dynamic, integrated social space. It has a leisure area, cat room, lounge area, gym, sunken garden designed for dogs to live and play space. In this space, freedom is a constant theme. But this is not limited to the freedom of spatial motion. It is also expressed in relationships such as the combined form of functional use, visual emotional processing, and the form of communication indoors and out. Here, with space as a backdrop and time as a clue, the owner of the house tells a heart-wrenching story through the drops of life. From early morning to noon, the light slowly drifts into the courtyard with the shadows of the trees, and the walls become mottled until the evening sunset. Everything warm and beautiful starts here.

Visual Levels

With “freedom” and “sense of order” as the key words, designers reorganize the space, keep the whole layer open between the different functions, block the walls, sink as a boundary delimit space, open freedom and understand the psychological concept of space. The living room pursues a minimalist but rich visual level, hardwired with streamlined lines and a Camaleonda sofa to give the living room more space to play. The Geeboo Turtle Bookshelf in the corner of the wall with the Lumina floor lamp, the individual shape collides with the space, bringing a certain fun and freshness. Next to the living room is the courtyard, and the courtyard creates a warm connection with the interior, giving the building more natural spirituality. Using a natural color frame, creating a double opening of the view and the mind, the combination of light and nature makes emotional ripples.

Walk into this house, the light and the breeze, and the room is imperceptibly filled with the pervasive spirit and the pure atmosphere. Every moment of wind, light, and shadow flow, creating a warm atmosphere that is just right for the space and the inhabitants. The restaurant is a continuation of the public space and a place for family to exchange feelings. The combination of leather dining chairs and round tables brings the experience of stretching space. The kitchen and restaurant are adjacent, continuing the design approach of the overall space, functionally focused on design, while being close to the restaurant, allowing food to arrive in front of the family at the first time.

Motive space

Spacious windows with large openings and openings introduce light and greenery to the fullest, emphasizing the openness and transparency, the subtle association of movement and vision, and a very breathable feeling. The staircase in the middle of the living room is a highlight of the design, which breaks with the basement, from one floor to four, with a wooden finish that extends to the top and combines with a pure white staircase, while having uniformity and changes with a sense of rhythm. Walking through it, you can feel a wonderful sense of flow. The second floor serves as the main living space for children and guests, divided into two bedrooms. In order to better return to the reality of life, designers give each space greater scale to make the experience feel more comfortable and relaxing.

Art of Living

“An extension of the art of living is the art of living.” Minimalism in the designer's pen is both a form of art and a form of life. Only relaxation and limited space allow users to break out of their busy lives and slowly connect the physical and calm mental space together. The three-story space is used as a room for the owner, where the designer combines all the necessary functions. The space leaves a lot of white, giving one a sense of calm and stability. The sleeping area and cloakroom, each block is freely inserted, intimately connected, and the movement lines are clear and reasonable. To a large extent, the inhabitants are simply distracted and free of mind.
