Some people prefer the hustle and bustle of the city, and some prefer natural habitation, but only a few people can do both. Whether it's New York, London, Dubai, Shanghai... the cloud-shouldered ultra-high-rise condominiums not only form the perfect skyline of the modern city, but are the ideal home for people to aspire to, maintaining a seemingly detached relationship with the city, switching between bustle and nature.
Architecture is a declaration to a city
From Paris to London, from Shanghai to Ningbo, Richard Rogers left a timeless art palace for the city through architecture. The Pulitzer Prize winner, in the heart of Ningbo's hopeful eastern new city, has a design concept linked to Hyde Park No. 1. Two 158m super-high-rise mansions with 101 floors bring together the genius and spirit of this outstanding global designer to become a limited-edition legend that cannot be replicated in China.
Style is a clear intuition
DESIGNED BY FEN+DESIGN, THE INTERIOR DESIGN OF THIS 740 SQUARE METER DAIBO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CONTINUES THE SPIRIT OF ARCHITECTURE INDOORS TO CREATE THE PINNACLE OF URBAN LIVING. The minimalist space design, combined with collective-grade furniture and artistic décor, reveals the high taste that permeates the entire home.
As a home for three generations, owners pay more attention to harmony with their family in this space function. The public space and the living space are clearly separated so that the two spaces are not disturbed by each other. Designers create the ultimate space boundaries in pure black and white, then use natural, skin-friendly materials, furniture and vibrant colors to enhance the ambience of fashion and diversity.
The details are the combing of the space
THE CEREMONIAL FRONT HALL AND HALLWAY ARE ORIGINALLY BETWEEN EQUIPMENT AND AISLES, AND THE DESIGNERS HAVE COMBED IT INTO AN ACCOMPANYING SPACE FOR FAMILY LIFE. Functional spaces such as shoe changing area, pet room and laundry are arranged here. The walls on both sides of the corridor are decorated with dark wood to contrast strongly with the white top, and two floor lamps illuminate to guide you towards the entrance gate. Open the door and you can see SEM's Butterfly side cabinet. The red ceramic lacquered surface exudes vitality and passion, with a slim design with elegance and conciseness.
A corridor through things connects the path of life. To the west is the activity space for the catering chef, and to the east is a bedroom with an open plan. On one side of the interior corridor, use woodwork and cabinets to level the view to increase storage space, and on the other side, select the artist's paintings as decoration to enhance the artistic atmosphere of the home.
Life is a kind of upward desire
The guest restaurant space is open to nature, bringing maximum outdoor views and sunshine into the interior. Exterior balconies and unique architectural interface give this home an unbeatable 360-degree view. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you have a view of the new city on the sun and moon; across the terrace, you can see the sunsets and clouds of the entire city. In the living room, designers combine B&B, Poliform and Cassina to present the pioneers and fashion of contemporary art life. The furniture is selected to match the unity of the overall space, opting for white and gray, combined with a black piano to enhance the artistic quality of the overall space.
The restaurant is located in front of the west balcony, parallel to the living room, and the combination of marble round tables and ocher red dining chairs further accentuates the elegance and artistic taste of the owners. The kitchen is adjacent to the restaurant, modern kitchen appliances and the central island table design make it easy to prepare meals for a family gathering or welcoming friends. The intersection of the restaurant and the living room is due to the frame of the building, so the overall treatment was reduced, part of the mirror was added at the top and penetrated with the passage, not only broke the nerd board at the top, but also deepened the depth of the space. The tea table at the window became not only an elegant end view, but also became a transition between the restaurant and the restaurant Leisure space.
Caring is the definition of home
This south-facing house has four rooms, a daughter's room in the northeast, all of which are suite design with separate toilet, as well as two babysitting rooms and a public toilet. The bedroom retains pure tones and a natural cozy atmosphere, but each room is different: a dressing mirror on the entrance to the daughter's room is full of fun, a wooden arched background is designed on the north side of the bed, and the rigid design of the building is shaded with soft arcs, and the design of invisible doors makes the space interface more simple.
The master bedroom is south-facing and has a separate balcony, living room and cloakroom, giving the homeowner a more free and comfortable space. The second bedroom is relatively calm in color, and a lighter gray floor with a warm color floor adds warmth. A harmonious family is a flower in the world, nothing is gentler than it, nothing is more beautiful than it, says Delesse. Designers believe that true luxury is more than the luxury of the space, the exquisite elaboration of the furniture, the details, but the care of each family. In this house, there should be such a scenario: the clouds on the day become your neighbor, the bustling city turns into a calm and blurred background, family members raise cups together under the lights, happiness and happy light in your eyes......
