Located on the shores of Lake Gribnitz, this three-storey apartment building is located on the shores of Lake Gribniz, in Berlin's Wannsee district. It has an underground car park that extends to the shore and has ample water resources. Adjacent are the Babelsberg Park with the palace of the same name, as well as the Glenik Palace Park.
The building is oriented in the geometric shape of the building, while also extending in the direction of the shore. The shape of a building is made up of a rough curve that visually makes up the volume of the building. The height and arrangement of floors of a building directly refers to the terrain of the site, with its slope towards the water surface. Expressive window curves and protruding balconies also highlight the appearance and form of the building and bring the surrounding nature into the interior of the building. Openable high windows ensure that light shines into the interior. A glass railing is installed on the balcony, its striped pattern is consistent with the vertical structure of the wooden plane. South, east, and west have a mobile-controlled vertical rain canopy to protect the outside sun.
