BEFORE REMODELING

AFTER RENOVATION
1. A new 174 cm wide interior window has been opened on the walls of the kitchen and restaurant, which both widens the view of the entrant and shortens the line of movement of the dishes

2. The thin walls of the kitchen and the corridor are completely removed, and the connected glass door is transformed

3. The wall of the living room and the hallway knocked out a width of 62 cm, combined with glass doors in the kitchen, allowing the light to penetrate into the room

4. A new 18cm high floor on the balcony, 165 cm wide. A custom Murphy bed on one side serves as a temporary room and on the one side as a space to interact with pets

5. The overall displacement of the thin wall at the bathroom entrance is 22 cm to the left

01 Practical Restaurant

Without access, the entrance is the restaurant. We have customized a set of concave white cabinets along the wall by the window, with daily storage on the left as a gateway and built-in fridge/freezer on the right, for worry-free solutions in the kitchen. A 138-cm wide long bar counter was dug into the middle of the white cabinet. The material was made of emerald rock, the same as the dining table. The wall reserved a socket for a track, and placed some silver-colored metal appliances, which made it look sophisticated and modern.

02 Concise Arts and Crafts Medieval Living Room

Black double sofa Camaleonda chameleon module sofa from B&B Italia The real fire fogged fireplace from the brand Moloney Moloney After knocking out the 62 cm wall of the wall, the living room light permeates the kitchen, along the wall with custom top cabinets, white and wood stitched up and down, digging in the middle section to serve as a hands-on display area. The TV background wall is a custom-made cabinet throughout, and under the built-in TV is a real fire-fogged fireplace, without forgetting the character of life, in pursuit of minimalist details.

03 Small and bright kitchen

The U-shaped layout of the kitchen, the division of washing and frying is clear, the rail outlet meets the needs of electricity, and the combination of two windows and connected glass doors makes the 5m² kitchenette look twice as large.

04 PURE WHITE CENTRIFUGAL GATE

THE CENTRIFUGAL GATE FROM THE BRAND ASATETO IRON PLUS'S DESIGNATED PRIVATE AREA IS A CENTRIFUGAL GATE WITH A ROOF. THE PURE WHITE PAINT KEEPS IT IN LINE WITH THE WALLS, CONCEALING THE PASSAGEWAYS AND FEELING MAGICAL JOY THAT FLOWS BETWEEN THEM.

05 Retro Elegant Bedroom

The entrance to the bedroom is equipped with a black screen with the same black alien edging, which is both a medieval decoration and a privacy protection of the space.

06 Soul Gaming Room

A home always had a hobby space, people used to love to read books, so we set up a study room, now esports are popular, so we ditched the study room and designed a dedicated esports room for the homeowner. An entire wall of black metal hole boards, with walnut countertops and partitions, meets the functions of storage and free composition, and the addition of lighting is the soul of the gaming room.
