A young couple without children came to our office asking for a bigger house and a spacious seating area. The requested plan includes a private area with 3 suites and adjacent social and leisure areas, all located on one floor.

The first solution is to merge the plot along the right axis of the parking lot and take advantage of the wall corner condition to open the social area to the unused portion on the left.

The second solution is to place the kitchen and barbecue area near the social area and place it on the horizontal axis behind the parking lot.

The third solution is because clients require a spacious office to accommodate their professional and academic activities. The requirement was made during the 2021 pandemic, prompting design revisions.

The proposal is to place the office on a high floor to provide a view of the landscape and ensure separation from social activities on the ground floor.

In the final phase of the project, the fourth solution focuses on the overall aesthetic. A volume measurement is considered to represent two sides circumferentially. The main solid volume rests on the walls of the garage, after accommodating this floor, we carved out the office, built a wooden gallery with a western view, and a concrete block of lower height for landscaping the terrace and lowering the ceiling height compared to the living room.
