Cabanillas Apartment is a minimalist apartment in Madrid, Spain, designed by Deza Setien. The project is a set of 36 floor apartments located near Chamberí in Madrid. The apartment is organized by two vertical axes. Both sides of the shaft are custom furniture made of white lacquered oak veneer with different functions.

ONE SEPARATES THE NIGHT ZONE FROM THE DAY ZONE, THE OTHER IS MORE FINELY DIVIDED AND PARALLEL TO THE ELEVATION, ORGANIZES DAYTIME FUNCTIONS, ALLOWING MAXIMUM USE OF NATURAL LIGHT PASSING THROUGH THE TWO FRONTS, ENSURING FLUIDITY AND MAINTAINING DIALOGUE BETWEEN FUNCTIONAL ZONES.
