Attracting people to recognize its form and structure from the beginning, the building's elevation is the main meeting point for its characters. Elevations show a strong tendency to influence the Kebyterians, a tactile matrix for many geometric counterparts. Consisting of protruding sections, stripped glass pockets, wide linear contours and spaces for internal carvings, the overall façade bathes in ochre tones and exposed brick construction. Design interventions on the exterior levels create a huge interior space, natural light gallery and small frame inserts of indoor-outdoor landscapes.

Driven by simplicity, the original majestic architectural form is interwoven with linear geometry, clear contours and large holes, softening the boundaries between interior and exterior. The interaction of the large volume in the house is the nominal role of Casa Brut. Scaling up the volume of single, double and three-layer heights, a person's vision is still attracted by the changing spatial environment and the arrangement of internal light changes. AT THE HEART OF THE BLUEPRINT, THE PUBLIC AREA IS THE FLAGSHIP OF THE HOMOGENEOUS DESIGN IDENTITY THAT RUNS THROUGH THE HOMES. Set in a monotonous ocean, the background of the room is a dynamic concrete pouring staircase that cuts into the height of the space in a sculptural way. Dark brown brick grids run through the towering walls, creating a geometric-driven visual effect that blends well with the theme tones!

More refined details like round concrete wall lights, molded granite stair handrails, and monochrome chandeliers add a sturdy yet carefully curated vibe to the area. The meticulously crafted furniture in the home presents a concise silhouette, reminiscent of modern design and Le Corbusier's imagination of wood and neutral colors. Glimpses of verdant green plants trickle down through positioned windows in the room, illuminating and ventilating all parts of the home over a wide range during the day.
