Pantheon Villas are hidden in details that are integrated into the overall design. Interventions to the exterior of the building are designed to integrate the existing building seamlessly into the surrounding environment, making it appear as if it sprang from the rock itself. The integrated side of the external area focuses on minimizing the volume of the villa.

Changes in the outdoor area of the villa as well as the layout of the entire space facilitate and enhance the fluidity between functions. The central plaza naturally becomes an extension of the indoor space, sharing the same water-polished stone floor without any interference. Being the core and center focus of the villa, whether literal or figurative, all actions take place on a unified and continuous plane, following the path of the sun until it dives into the Aegean Sea.

In terms of geometry, it is inspired by traditional local architecture. All volumes have been redesigned to be slightly conical, the bottom is more stable and the top is lighter. The arches and chimneys have been removed and replaced by clear straight lines, while all edges are rounded, avoiding kicking the footboard and providing a smooth touch. These changes create elegant results that interpret traditional elements in a modern way.

The steel columns supporting the basement and basement area film shading are covered with teak wood, forming a new dynamic shape that matches the geometry of the villa's volume. These pillars integrate lamps, covered with hand-stitched leather details on a stainless steel stretch cord. Light plays a constitutive role in architectural design. Sunlight is thoughtfully used when needed, providing light through solar tubes in dark areas, while artificial lighting is carefully designed to create optical comfort and avoid glare. Pantheon Villa is a harmonious combination of function, innovation, quality and charm that excites all the senses.
