This house is located in Lençóis Paulista — SP, Brazil, in a corner location with a slightly low slope, influencing the design of the residential passage. The layout is divided into three parts: garage, social section and private part. The garage is located on the lowest level of the surface. In addition to serving as a garage for cars and motorcycles, it also has a unique design that reflects the fact that residents are collectors and use off-road motorcycles as a hobby, which also serves as a studio and gym.

COVERED WITH RUBBER ON THE GARAGE WALLS, THE SPACE EXPLORES ARTIFICIAL AND NATURAL LIGHTING RESOURCES, BENEFITING FROM THE TWO-STORY DISPLACEMENT OF THE CEILING, A FEATURE THAT EXTENDS TO OTHER AREAS OF THE HOUSE. The internal ramp connects the garage with the social hall, and the social hall is the intersection between the other functional areas. In the private part, there is a bedroom and a private space leading to the game room. All these spaces face the garden and are protected by large eaves that allow the use of wood to accommodate windows and cover the entire area.
