THE VILLA CROSSES THE HILL FROM THE GARAGE AND CELLAR ON THE STREET, THE LIVING AREA ON THE MIDDLE FLOOR ON THE NATURAL GROUND AND THE BEDROOMS AND OFFICES ABOVE, WHERE YOU CAN CAPTURE THE VIEWS OF THE SEA AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.

Clients envisioned remodeling and adding to existing coastal homes with a refined beach cottage aesthetic, but designers soon realized that it was a costly challenge due to the housing's existing foundation and structure. This allows designers to further explore the aesthetic dreams that can be realized through an infinity pool, breezy outdoor living spaces, palm trees, and a mix of interiors and exteriors.
