The owner of the case is the first suite purchased by a North Eastern boy in Shanghai. He lives with his girlfriend in the past and may be left for his parents to live in Shanghai in the future. The house is located in the new district of Pudong, Shanghai. Due to the fact that the structure has more weight on the walls, we have basically kept the original layout. The style of the project combines modern elements with traditional French, elegant and romantic atmosphere along the traditional French style, a beautiful and comfortable home that must contain everything that the residents love.

PRE-REMODELED BUSINESS MODEL:
One of the drawbacks is that the bathroom partitions are too rough, making the dining area more crowded; the other kitchen is particularly deep, and the connected countertop is compared to chicken ribs. The octagonal windows of the living room are the highlight of the entire space. We originally planned to open the partition between the balcony and the living room to make the dining room more open. Unfortunately, this is a load-bearing wall, so we did not fundamentally change the layout of the living room and the layout of the bedroom.

Home, it starts with the door. Spacious and bright, additional storage functions: custom-made wardrobes, reserved bench for daily change of clothes, and the crossbar in the cabinet can also hold small items such as keys.

Neat yet elegant furniture is placed to occupy the space and divide the space sensibly. The view and lighting are very good. Large open floor-to-ceiling windows enter the room with bright daylight. Light, breeze, and air draw in the view through the gaps. Vintage green and sparkling yellow intersect in the same space, creating an elegant and romantic French home.
