This 67 ㎡ apartment in Moscow is a project designed by Lina Knyazeva. Created for a young female lawyer, she often travels for work and other reasons. The apartment is located on Palikha Street in the Tverskoy district of Moscow, built according to the design of the ADM construction studio. Panoramic corner windows are a huge advantage, and so are the three-meter-high ceilings. There is plenty of sun here. The developer offers a free layout, thanks to which the property has the status of an apartment, designers can do anything.
The task of planning is to preserve a large kitchen-living room, from where beautiful views can be seen. There are two changing rooms, one of which is located at the entrance and serves as a laundry room. You will also need a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, a large sink and a nice round mirror on one side. But the space in the bedroom is small, because in this room the hostess sleeps only. Large panoramic windows compensate for the moderate size of the room.

There is washable paint on the walls, Coswik engineering boards on the floor, and large Italon porcelain in the bathroom. Designers mixed cream walls with gray, and laying light wood with French characters on the floor is very important to visually expand the space. The audio system is integrated on the ceiling, so you can listen to music in every room. The air conditioner is also installed on the ceiling, making everything look beautiful and harmonious.
