Renowned by Conrad Architects for combining classic architectural features with a rigorous contemporary aesthetic, the Grange Residence's façade is composed of minimalist stone blocks, each volume carefully cut, and door and window openings blend deep openings and angled windows to emphasize a formal arrangement of stylish, vertical proportions. This symmetrical rhythm is sustained internally, balanced overall by a central axis and an expanding spatial sequence, which is balanced by the broad sculptural form of a characteristic staircase that surges from the basement to the fourth floor.
