In the Beverly Villas area of Qianhu, a 2-storey villa stands out in the community with its unique design language. A pure architectural facade with rich stereos, floor-to-ceiling windows, terraces and gardens combine the elegance of the building, the warmth of the plant and the warmth of the sun, into the sophistication and comfort of the interior, creating the epitome of modern living that blends technology with art, architecture and landscape.

THIS MODERNIST VILLA RESIDENCE IS THE RESULT OF A JOINT CREATION BY FEN+DESIGN AND ITS CLIENTS. The floor area of the whole house is about 1200 square meters and the building area is about 700 square meters. With the design concept of organic housing at the heart of the customer's lifestyle, designers combine the application of passive housing technology, whole-house smart systems and five-phase comfort systems to create thermostable, humid, oxygenated, clean, and constant, and more energy efficient than traditional homes. The three-dimensional layout brings changes in architectural form, garden form and entrance movement. This spatial order also forms the basis for the interconnection of the entire residential area. Most of the walls on one level were replaced by system doors and windows. The mis-layered layout of the room corresponds to the outdoor terrace and the three-dimensional courtyard, creating a blurred border between the inside and outside. THE OPEN VIEW GUIDES RESIDENTS TO THE OUTDOORS, SITTING ON THE LEISURE PLATFORM TO RELAX OR DINE, MAKING THE GARDEN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ART INSTALLATION IN THE HOME ALL SEASONS.

Nestled in the living room sofa area, the B&O TV rises slowly and the natural light flowing outside the window flows through the artsy home, hallucinating into precious life notes. The Central and West double kitchen design, Nakajima and dining table form a continuous line of movement and vision, extending all the way to the west terrace, and the clean lines and refined details extend infinitely in a sunny space. Hanging lamps are like colorful bubbles and wonderful notes. The geometric interior architecture, flowing lines... surrounded by colorful floral lights, form a beautiful painting that also connects the central landscape to the inward view.

The core space of the basement is a tea-room, coffee, and cigar-themed lounge, all built around a bar counter. The designer opened all the windows on the west side, and the garden on the west made a sunken courtyard, so that the sun from the outside was fully introduced into the interior, creating a space that interconnects indoor-outdoor. The living space and garden terrace on the second floor are designed to comprehensively improve the thermal and sound insulation performance of the roof and walls of the building with the help of comfortable home technology, freeing up the view of people from the panoramic floor and windows. The design of the master bedroom is simple and elegant, in a serene premium feel of off-white color, the orange bed set and the local bright colors add even more elements of warmth to the space. The large floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the mountains or overlook the garden, where the warmth of life and natural comfort blend silently here.

The bathroom is a color module with fun, artistic hand tiled with modern art to add more color and fun to life. IN THIS EXPLORATION OF THE HIGHLY RESIDENTIAL DESIGN PRACTICE OF THE FUTURE, FEN+DESIGN DEFINES A MULTIDIMENSIONAL SPACE WHERE BODY AND SPIRIT INHABIT, WITH ITS ULTIMATE PURSUIT OF TECHNOLOGY AND ART, CREATING A CONTEMPORARY RESIDENCE THAT TRANSCENDS LUXURY.
