La Loma Apartment is an apartment in Mexico City, Mexico designed by Hector Esrawe. Located on the west side of Mexico City, this architectural gem features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a functional service area and two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. THE WEST FACADE OF THE APARTMENT OFFERS MAGNIFICENT VIEWS OF THE SURROUNDING FOREST AND AN UNPARALLELED CONNECTION WITH NATURE, AND THE SUNSET PROVIDES A BREATHTAKING BACKDROP. The transformation project reimagines the original layout of the space, transforming it into a more open and interconnected design. The brass and wooden console merges with an existing column to permeate the entire living area, giving a refined feeling and becoming the focal point of the space.
La Loma Apartment is like a practical work of art, displaying books, vinyl records, and even turntables on bookshelves. Warm oak paneling permeates the perimeter of the apartment, blending in with the granite bar counter at the center of the kitchen, providing ample storage space for essentials such as refrigerators, food storerooms, linen closets and wine cellars. THE SEAMLESS COMBINATION OF THE DOOR AND SERVICE AREA CREATES A VISUALLY STUNNING AND TACTILE ATMOSPHERE THAT EXTENDS ALL THE WAY TO THE MASTER BEDROOM. Marble floors and walls add a touch of sophistication to add a modern and understated elegance to the space. Finally, the guest bathroom is a true masterpiece, with its green quartzite floors and walls creating a unique stone feel. Designed in collaboration with ewestudio, the washbasin features eye-catching green Tikal marble sculptures.
