01 Ideal Location

The case is located in Wenzhou's Riverside CBD, a golden location that blends modern business with natural river views. With owners clearly expressing their specific aspirations for design aesthetics, a living space that adheres to minimalist principles is expected. EXTREME SIMPLICITY IS NOT SIMPLICITY OR LACK OF DEPTH, BUT A HIGHLY REFINED AND CAREFULLY CURATED DESIGN PHILOSOPHY THAT REQUIRES DESIGNERS TO FIND THE PERFECT BALANCE BETWEEN FORM, FUNCTION AND DETAIL. The entrance hall is guided by the light, the focus of the eyes conversing with nature, and the space with warm white as the main tone, and the inner structure conveys a sense of spatial hierarchy, achieving the coexistence of function and form. The walls of the tea room area use black stainless steel to add a thick gravity and extension to the space. Every detail is considered and each space is given its meaning. Ideal living is a manifestation of an attitude towards life. The coldness of metal and the softness of the haze collide to form a complete and logical combination of ambience, where freedom and order are intertwined with one thing, one thing conveys the relationship between space and man.

02 Free Rhythm

A picture of a family gathering in the early morning, every detail is filled with a love of life and a pursuit of quality. Open dining kitchen layout, pure relaxation, tranquility and tranquility, endless admiration. Each intervention of natural matter is a reinterpretation of spatial levels and depths. All things are connected by intangibles, space becomes the protagonist, people become protagonists, guide people to remove the “weight of the city” at the moment of homecoming and feel a peaceful living experience.

Black and gray tones always permeate the entire spatial scene, each separate functional area is tightly connected, and the boundaries between each other are blurred. The concealed-lift hood and storage design brings a sense of coziness to the atmosphere and enhances the beauty of the space.
The interpenetrating and independent relationship between the scenes is maintained, the spatial layer advances, conveys a rich tension, expressing the function and form of space in a rational sense.

03 Inward Orientation

The meaning of the bedroom is not the same for everyone. Introversion or tension, sensuality or restraint, it is all a pursuit of quality of life. Abandon the simplicity of the space and design according to the inner needs of the residents, further dividing the owner's own independent space to create the ideal resting place. Every element in the area becomes a medium for influencing people's emotions and behavior. The high-saturation red single chair becomes the most colorful design element in the entire space, demonstrating the inclusiveness of the space and adding drama to the original single space. Take away the dust of the day and immerse yourself in tranquility, instead putting life at the forefront in a more modern and refined way. Space is not a passive backdrop, but an active participant in and shaping the life experience of residents.

Black is the final attribute of colorful colors, the mysterious undertones of dark colors unwittingly emerging, the boundaries between the inside and outside, and the deep and light colors intertwine, and heavy contrasts reflect the tranquility and peace of the space. Design coexists with life while guiding residents' emotional resonance and life experiences. The children's room uses the main color tone of the space, and the coherence of colors adds harmony to the overall beauty of the home, conveying a pure undertone quality that concentrates the concise design language and conveys the pure undertone quality of elegance.
