This 220 ㎡ Moscow apartment overlooks the Trinity Church and the picturesque bridge in the distance. Designer designed for a family with two children. Husbands like minimalism, and wives want a little more coziness — she has to strike a balance between dissenting opinions. The task of designers is to create a comfortable living space that is visually beautiful, as warm and inclusive as possible.
Initially, the layout was developed by another designer, but for various reasons, without cooperation, the client turned to Sergey Makhov for help. Designers corrected the plan, in particular, added a children's room. The project includes a massage and yoga room, which Sergey Makhov abandoned in order to create a spacious boy's room with space to sleep and play.
So, the project includes two children's rooms, a master bedroom with a bathroom and dressing room, a spacious kitchen-living room, a dressing room and a bathroom at the entrance, a children's bathroom and a laundry room. The loggia is connected to the apartment, so the kitchen and living room have beautiful windows and plenty of light.
