This project, located in Yuanzhfeng Garden, minimalism, line and elegance are the key words. The designers create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere with the theme of high-end minimalism. 160 ㎡ OF SPACE, RELAYOUT PLANNING, AND THE FUNCTIONAL BALCONY ON THE NORTH SIDE, FORMED A LARGE PUBLIC LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM, SMALL STUDY ROOM, ACTIVITY AREA LINKED TO EACH OTHER, CREATING A MINIMALIST AND ELEGANT SPACE. The south balcony, which is divided into a future children's room space, is a gray folding door that is close to the wall color. When not in use at the present stage, it can serve as an open area, making the whole space more transparent.

//Living room: graywhite+wood+black, simple and premium smoked oak leather, solid rock, combined with a rough texture of microcement, closer to nature, and has been refined over time. Between off-white, add wood and black for a more minimalist and premium look.
The design of the ceiling with curved beams, the arc of the window sill, was carefully thought by the designer to add to the inclusion of the curtain box. Baxter's Milano swivel sofa, with dirty orange as the visual focus, delivers a straightforward, clear approach that is easy for the audience to understand and remember. Simple and classic Cassina leather sofa with fishing lights protruding from the corner and with an active vertical TV, this is a versatile young person's social living room.

//Restaurant: Reconstructing the Combination of Dot Line Faces
The form of line frames is often used in design, where designers reconstruct and disassemble and knead them by combining dot lines. Restaurant lamps from Estiluz bring emotion to life through the art of light. The table from Ligne Roset offers a double consolation of taste and spirit. After the laundry area is “hidden” behind the bar counter, the smoky wooden-hole door panel is a semi-open isolation, satisfying homeowners who like to work at the bar counter without the visual disturbances of the functional area. At leisure, play a piano piece, in a leaping note, in a beautiful melody, and a gentle “juxtaposition” with the times.

//Master Bedroom: Integrated design for freedom of cloakroom
The original master bedroom connects with the living room, and the master bedroom moves to the north to form a large suite that integrates with the cloakroom, meeting the homeowner's need for a separate cloakroom. Space is not just used to live, it is used to feel, it should not only fit, our need for underlying functions, it should also be a space for the reflection of the mind, presenting our understanding of harmony and our perception of beauty one by one.
