Apartments Located in Versluys newly built project De Blanke Top, Eline Ostyn's design principles are embodied: open apartments, a large amount of materials related to their geographical location, while being diversified by their subtle and tactile textures. Overlooking the dunes, these materials are an extension of the Dutch coastline. Sandblasted Epicea wood is reminiscent of gentle waves, and beige di medici natural stone has an open structure and granular limestone, imitating a beach. Once you enter the space, you are conquered by a sense of tranquility.
Eline Ostyn
is a Belgium-based design studio covering the fields of residential architecture, commercial interior design and furniture. Elegance, proportion, touch, free flow of space — the relationship between the inside and outside is seen as equally important and seen as a whole. Since founding her own business in 2017, Eline Ostyn has transformed her understanding of concepts into physical space.
Her approach is built on the concept of space evoking emotion, and the project environment and the personality of the client are the starting point for a valuable interpretation.
