This is an apartment project located in the historical center of Kiev. The main task of the AKZ Architectura studio is to place all possible functional areas in a sufficiently small space. Natural materials such as wood and stone are used in the design. A feature of the interior is a partition made of wood (oak and waxwood veneer) and glass, which separates two areas of different functions — the office in front and the bedroom in the back. Since the windows of the apartment face one side, the glass part of the partition becomes a source of sunlight entering the bedroom. The bathroom is made of marble. There is a large full-body mirror at the entrance. Behind the mirror hides the homeowner's practical wardrobe.
