The apartment is located on the first floor of a multi-storey building in the city of Pioneersky, Kaliningrad Region. The owner of the apartment specializes in karate, Tatyana Voevodina, designer of ATM Interior, wants to convey this feeling through bright colors.
The apartment area is 30 ㎡, the bathroom is 4.9 ㎡, and the narrow and long hall is 5.6 ㎡. This layout is almost impossible to change due to the layout of the room itself. It is possible to dismantle only the hall and the partition between the bedroom, kitchen and hall. This allows for more air circulation and can get rid of narrow corridors. Another subtle difference is that the apartment is located in the corner, it is necessary to find a solution that suits everything. “It is very important for us to combine the wishes of our customers with the possibilities of the venue. After all, the task of the designer is not only to draw a beautiful design drawing, but also to plan everything correctly, finding the right place for each thing.

Walls choose wear-resistant paint, and the floor is made of engineered oak boards. This decision made it possible to abandon the heater, leaving only a heated towel rack in the bathroom. Continuing this theme, the sleeping area is made of oak faced plywood. The authors of the project say that natural tones make the interior more comfortable.
