NOMO STUDIO｜69 FLOOR, SPANISH MINIMALIST SEAVIEW VILLA

This Spanish minimalist style holiday home consists of simple rectangular volumes, wrongly placed on the floor, creating a dynamic aesthetic despite the limited space of the venue. Striped concrete walls cut by continuous window openings define this villa as a combination of horizontal stripes alternating between solid and glass.

The weight of the striped concrete block used on the top and the surrounding glass strip creates a 360° gravitational tension. The day area leads to an elevated terrace that extends to an overflow pool, all of which are located on the top floor to ensure the best sea views. Continuous windows ensure visibility in all directions and ample natural light.

The polished white concrete floor and lime staircase for the bathroom and kitchen are combined with simple white walls and khaki beige microcement. BUILT-IN WARDROBES AND BATHROOM FURNITURE ARE DESIGNED BY NOMO STUDIO USING HANDMADE RATTAN STRIPS AND EASY CARPENTRY. Smooth wooden details such as sturdy handrails and integrated deep thresholds bring warmth to a ventilated and beach-like interior space. In contrast, the exterior features a dark thatched roof and teak woodwork, giving the villa materials a feeling of calm elegance and high quality. The basement introduces a sunken patio, providing ample light and ventilation to the three floors. Finally, an external staircase leads to the rooftop solarium where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
