CHENGJIANG ENTERS THE NIGHT TO CALL GUESTS, AND THE SHORT BOAT SHEDS CANDLES TO IDLE POETRY. After a long period of time, a beautiful community has formed here - Qinglin Wan - and this is where the project is located. The three-storey detached villa, built by the river, is the garden and the Yao Jiang water system on the west side, and the south and north also have a garden, and the landscape resources are excellent.

Designers always find beauty in things that are flawed. The original building has some structural flaws: first, the location of the stairs is located behind the entrance door, the entrance is a large pit and there are security hazards; second, the original building has a narrower opening and more structural beams, and the view at the top is cluttered. BUT THE BEAUTY OF INTERIOR DESIGN IS OFTEN THE ABILITY TO DECAY MAGICALLY, AND UNDER FEN+'S DESIGN, THE FLAWS OF THESE ORIGINAL BUILDINGS BECOME THE MOST EYE-CATCHING HIGHLIGHTS IN THE SPACE.

Functions and Art of U-Plate
To begin with, the designer made a U-shaped device in the stairwell part with a white perforated plate, wrapping the inside of the spiral staircase, which seemed like an artistic device that instantly raised the tone of the entire suite. However, the application of this design is not only for beauty, it not only solves the problem of traditional handrails that cannot eliminate people's fears in this place, but the neatly arranged small holes also make the lighting between the stairs still abundant and full of fun and change.

Secondly, for the problem of the top beams, the designers designed a wavy ceiling with the concept of origami, which not only perfectly covers the feeling of oppression and mess brought by the beams, but also deliberately meets the beautiful expectations of Yao Jiang's water as a source of spiritual culture.

There should be some experiential connection between the building and the base, a formative connection, a poetic connection! In the landscape and lighting section, the designers enlarged all the western window sections and adopted floor glass, which greatly increased the illumination of the interior. What's more, make the most of the landscape benefits of the project, introducing the greenery of the park and the water view of Yao Jiang into the interior, allowing the indoor space to interact openly with the natural environment, making the whole home rich, natural and flexible. Luxury is comfort, otherwise it is not luxury. The one-story layout opens from south to north. From south to north, the entrance hall, the living room, the restaurant and the kitchen are in order. The designers, guided by the odds, played a good role in separating the original building's site. The middle east wall is the location of the elevator, and the stairs are right, vertical traffic is on the approaching parallel line, while next to the elevator hall is a one-story bathroom, which is very convenient to use, but is perfectly hidden in the central enclosed shape due to the east facing the door.

The second and third floors are mainly used as bedrooms. The second floor is a daughter's room and guest room, a leisure reading area is designed at the exit of the stairs, which serves as a common area for the entire second floor, ideal for relaxing and relaxing when alone. The entire third floor is used as a master bedroom suite and is designed according to the owner's lifestyle. The visual focus of the interior continues the tone of the whole design, with wood and white as the main tone, a sloping roof at the top is designed according to the shape of the building, with more softness on the view, the multi-faceted view windows make the view more open here, and the two oversized coat hats luxuriously satisfy the outfits of the two owners Storage requirements.

Black and white lines and light combine to create an ultra-simple toilet, separate shower and bathtub, and are premium and textured. “White Bird is on the peak, Qinglin is a shade of water. It's light and dark in the air.” One of Wang Fu's “The Opening Song of the West” was used to depict this suite, but it is no longer appropriate.
