We often say that trust lies at the heart of private home design. Also because only when we gain enough trust can we get to know each other, and often. And in a limited time, get to the owner the most truthful, comprehensive and effective information, thereby giving the most suitable solution. Liu's success is due to this. We get to know the owners, and it didn't start because of the design service. The owner is the director of a private museum and the landlord of our office for 17-18 years. So we all have a foundation in getting to know each other and know each other. So, at the age of 21, we received an invitation from the owner to participate in the renovation of this master room.

Atmosphere:

Thanks to our long-term cognitive understanding of owners. We believe that the owner is an independent woman with a strong personality. So, for the first time, we also included the status and atmosphere of the owners as the theme of the design. It is very difficult to blend the atmosphere of the space perfectly with the atmosphere of the people. Because it is not just a means of decoration, but everything in this interior is closely related to the owner through the atmosphere of the space, the color tone, the control of the scale, and the choice of appliances. Home, also no longer an icy scene, it will seem more alive and complete due to the participation of the owner.

Renovation of a furnished room is divided into two forms. One is a full-board rollover, from the new; the other is to make maximized optimization adjustments based on the original, resulting in unexpected surprises. This case belongs to the second model. So the core of this refinement project is not about change, but about respect. Respect the characteristics and advantages of the original buildings, respect the characteristics and characteristics of the original building materials, respect the installation logic of the original building hydroelectric power, etc. So with a full understanding of the original design background, we hardly did too much dismantling of the original building, but only added and powdered on the original foundations. This not only guarantees the results we want, but also the most economical modification conditions. Of course, it does not damage the original building, but also, to some extent, protects its subsequent use and maintenance. This is where designers need to think the most.
