The pandemic has brought new thinking to housing, and we must consider providing more open activity areas and a comfortable and relaxing office environment for long-term homes. This project breaks away from the traditional residential stigma and creates a peaceful and homely atmosphere through materials, structures and zoning. THE ORIGINAL HOUSE-TYPE STRUCTURE IS TRIVIAL, THE BEAM BODY IS INTERSPERSED WITH COLUMNS, AND THE BEAM BODY HEIGHT IS DIFFERENT. The space divided is more compact and the utilization rate is low. We've made public spaces open, removed redundant parts, weakened structural defects, and used edge locations to accommodate storage.
Set up the entrance gate area to enhance the feeling of the area through the distinction between structure, color and ground material. Remove the walls of the original balcony and incorporate the balcony into the living room space. Large areas of greenery and potted plants add zest to the home. Stainless steel coffee tables and floor lamps add sophistication to the space. VELVET CUSHIONS AND LEISURE BLANKETS SOFTEN THE HARDNESS OF A MINIMALIST SPACE, WHILE ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF THE SPACE. The view passes through the living room, end view, kitchen, and looks like a diagonal intersection of the Wajiang South Garden, and an empty passage through the corridor is hidden. The roof of the gables is flush with the restaurant beams, the columns delimit the two areas. The uniform height of the top and the uniformity of the ground material enhances the feeling of the area.
The top, floor, walls, and columns leave the Tiankwong Bidet House, like a loggia and pavilion in a Chinese-style garden. From the study area to the dining room and kitchen, creating a relationship between the inside and outside. Beam bodies of different heights were uniformly leveled during the woodworking period, presenting a uniform structural form. After connecting the kitchen with the restaurant, it forms an open chef space that increases the interaction between family members. The partition between the study room and the restaurant opens, creating a connection between space and space, and all public spaces become visually an open whole. The color of the study room paint differs from that of the restaurant, which is more suitable for the state of the office. On one wall near the living room, blackboard paint was painted.
The living room has custom-made storage cabinets for everyday storage. The location of the TV corresponds to the status of the living room, restaurant, kitchen in different locations where you can watch TV. The leftmost area of the cabinet hides the entrance to the storage room, and the installation of invisible doors makes the whole living room more holistic. The end of the corridor is specially customized with invisible doors, making a uniform color brush. This way, when the door is closed, the door and the wall are integrated. Add a mirror in the middle part of the hallway to delay the space. The wall between the bedroom and the toilet is replaced by a glass partition to introduce light to the master.
