Building a house with a very wide range of functions on a small piece of land is a huge challenge that we face in this project. The residence is located in the city of L'Horta Nord, very close to the city of Valencia. The plot is located on a corner, next to one of the most important squares in the city, with large greenery and pine trees.

Since it is a small plot of land, we chose to build a high-rise residence where the most important space is located on a higher floor to take advantage of the wonderful views of the garden and the church bell tower. The apartment has four floors. On the lower two floors there is a garage, a bedroom and a work area. The third floor is the most important daytime space in the residence, such as the kitchen, restaurant and living room. A large window leads to the square, and the pine tree is the protagonist of this space. On the fourth and last floors, more open space forms the leisure area of the house, several terraces of different heights and a small pond make up the eyeshadow of the house.

As a house with four heights, the most important element is the staircase, which is designed as a light object that accompanies your family from the moment you enter the house. Designers want to emphasize that the link between the interior and exterior of the dwelling has been resolved. The interior is connected to the outside by large windows, terraces, internal courtyards and two-storey heights to form a home with excellent internal space quality, and natural light transforms the space all day.
