A low-key street elevation and hints that if the streetscape is mostly private, the interior landscape blooms poetically with a warm substance.

The low-key form contains a series of skillful concerto spaces. A central courtyard in a typical Mediterranean pattern, there are moments of tranquility and prosperity in this continuum. The water source is the focus of the courtyard, the oasis. The reflection forms a contrast between the immortal energy of polished concrete. The soft surface celebrates the sense of originality supported by complex light shadows and reflections.

A rich palette of materials, especially selected wood and fine steel windows embodies the subtlety and elegance. Flexible choice to open and close the interior with sliding glass to connect the indoor space to the pool, patio and sunshine. Likewise, the house can also be closed as needed to mitigate inclement weather and optimize thermal performance. Concrete walls and overhangs are set for shading and masking.
