THIS 950 ㎡ VILLA IS A TWO-STOREY MODERATION PLAN WITH AMBITIOUS SOCIAL IMPACT. The house follows a standard L-shaped layout and upon close observation it is found to have complex levels. The villa is not arranged around the central courtyard around the site, nor does it avoid the surroundings, but is surrounded by gardens, which are not hidden, but can be shared. The challenge is to protect privacy while allowing conversations with neighbors. It is not designed as a single-center project that adds a little value to the community, it is a house that not only responds to one family, but also takes into account the surrounding families in the vicinity.
The garden is divided into courtyards, enclosed in elevations and screens of varying degrees of clarity. As with individual fabrics, tailored to specific requirements, covering the interior space, these special laid walls and exterior walls define the exterior space. The spatial sequence is usually layered by foreground trees and background shrubs, with one courtyard supported by another. Each design has its own unique characteristics, divided into five parts to meet different intended uses.
The first of the five is a public garden. The space is loosely defined by cantilever beams that gently hint at the owner of the space while maintaining public access. Give back to society; provide rest steps for passers-by during the day and street lighting at night. The gate opens to a semi-public garden paved with gravel. Designed for pedaling, the ground has been raised so that people in the garden can overlook the guardrail, talk to people on the road and the neighbors opposite. The semi-private garden is obscured by vertical edges, limiting the view of the living room. The central and largest gardens are for viewing only. Only family members and invitees can experience the space in it.
THE STAIRCASE TRANSITIONS FROM MORE PUBLIC SPACE FOR WELCOMING GUESTS TO THE PRIVATE SPACE OF THE FAMILY, ITS LEVEL OF PRIVACY EMBODIED; GLASS RAILINGS ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND SOLID WOOD WALLS ON THE SECOND FLOOR TRANSITION TO PRIVATE SPACE UPSTAIRS. At the top of the stairs, the cozy room has its own green room just behind. The screen can frame the leaves of the tree below. The last floor of the house is the most private aerial garden; available only to the owner, with no access to other family members. The view of the master bedroom is complex and complex, forming a refined streamlined view of lush greenery. The foreground is a corridor leading to a lower terrace. Swinging leaves on both sides come from the downstairs courtyard shared with the study, and the tendrils that form the central view. Through the screen, you can see the trees of the central courtyard in the distance. This view is permanent, firm, uncompromising, as the screen ensures complete privacy without the need for blinds.
From the road and nearby windows, the house appears to be isolated; divided into different privacy levels, recognizing views and access based on their relationship with customers. However, when viewed from the inside, this family is provided with a continuous, uninterrupted view, with green plants arranged as a front, neutral background. The house is designed to be part of the community and interact with the surrounding environment. The ambition to provide alternatives to closed closed development projects is beginning to bear fruit.
