A Perfect World for Two
This project is located in Beijing's Jianguomun, in the heart of a bustling city rich in gold, with its core area and natural green resources. It is the golden dividing point of the capital's culture and economy, occupying a rare resource that is hard to replicate - the CBD business district.

The design team is committed to customizing a high-end lifestyle feast with the advantage of quality value and refinement sites. Trying to gain insights into human life in the post-pandemic era, multidimensionally built in space to create a modernised, “reversible and sustainable” layer from a dynamic perspective. The story is based on the prototype of two houses, and the main characters of the story come from studying abroad. The female protagonist loves Western elements, and the designer has designed a “shopping mall” cloakroom for various items in her collection. The male characters like modern simplicity and love to create and collect all kinds of things, so they create a “black luxury tech feel” for them. 460 ㎡ Large flat floor sharing the joy of living for two people.

Spatial Scenes

The living room is located in the urban nexus area, facing the Kyushu core, the landmark floor, and the summit. The designers chose to trace the city life background with a dynamic perspective, delving into the details of the planned life scene, creating a unique sense of premium fun. The large flat floor double living room design is an ideal living space for two people. The super living room allows for multiple communication with a fully open structure. The layout is flexible, driven by the dynamic needs of residents, accommodating multi-level feature scenarios to switch at will.

Simple dining area

The progressive living room, the gradual relationship between the space and the occupant, and the functional detachment embedded in the “mansion” make each space both coherent and independent. Each morning, two people start the day with a meal at “Cozy Appreciable”.

The spatial plot unfolds along a two-person narrative. The mess of the items falls into disarray. Nakajima, the dining room, etc. store the magic to the fullest

With the protagonist in mind, creating the resilience of the space, the designer enlarges the owner's imagination for every scene of life, creating a world class home that changes over time. Social, work, and solitude are divided into separate and interactive areas. Use the flexible design to change the dynamic way of life in the mansion with one door and one window, creating a unique world of light luxury for two; open up a family's multi-shared living room to create a variety of reading, work, yoga and more.

Recounting the story from where it opens and ends, the main gate carries the indoor-outdoor function transformation, focusing on the reality of the homeowner's return home. At the entrance, there is a washing and washing stand, demonstrating the pioneering consciousness of the post-pandemic era.
Ordinary scenes no longer arouse the aspirations of modernists. Designers have transformed the symbols of the owners' two-person design into a perceptible spatial concept, built on top of the experience of high-end living.
