0studio Arquitectura | 86 Floor, Mexico Majaica Courtyard Residential Design Villa

Majaica Residences in Mexico was conceived in search of a unique experience of continuous contact with the environment. With this goal in mind, 0studio Arquitectura has designed a simple and symmetrical volume that will be divided by the surrounding environment of direct terrain. The design is based on 3 simple blocks, 2 of which contain private space. The third block, also the largest, is the main core of houses, public and social areas, characterized by being the largest open to the outside. By seeking openness and connectedness to the surrounding environment, designers put all buildings at the core of the concept and in touch with swimming pools and nature. From the interior perspective to all the visuals, it creates an atmosphere of total comfort.

The 3 spaces that make up Casa Majaica are built on a foundation with the same texture and contour features, which reinforces the idea of the importance of the materials chosen, which are maintenance-free and will be able to evolve and change their appearance over time.
