In a street marked by a large number of working-class housing, the repetition and systematization of the construction process is a strong feature of the street. nu.ma architects want to follow the same idea... repeating/systematizing.
The whole proposal starts with the morphological conditions of the surface. This situation affects the planning and volumetric shape of the building.

In terms of location, the building is longitudinally developed and adapts to the shape of the terrain, creating and defining its boundaries. The option to “close” the house to the street creates a sense of privacy and isolation. At nu.ma architects, it should be one of the purposes and concepts of living... to create a shelter in a place where nu.ma architects feel good. Therefore, the house has only the main entrance area and the car passage facing the street. The remaining functional space, with intimate properties, turns to the interior of the surface.
General spaces are divided according to their functions. The social area is closer to the street and includes the entrance hall, toilet, laundry, kitchen, communal lounge and access to the garage. The private area, away from the street, has a reading area, sanitary facilities, guest rooms and master suites.
