Sales Center: History of Traceability and Current Interpretation
“Nanjing's long history and culture give us a lot of inspiration. Local elements, urban tones, and modern mannerisms make it possible to achieve more in a compatible and inclusive package. Capturing a four-hour view of Jiangnan's natural scenery and structuring each functional area in an appropriate size, we strive for harmony in the overall image and atmosphere.
Curves and curves are constantly spreading, penetrating, thin and soft. From the very beginning, the reception area foreshadows pure and rhythmic, light and smooth movements that enhance visitors' explorative cognition and emotional coherence in hidden silence.
A natural form that shapes the space, large floor-to-ceiling windows bring a sense of transparency and light and light to wander through the garden. Based on the original structure of the building itself, the columns wrapped in white perforated plates with special mirror treatment are misplaced in a half-arched form, breaking the regular slate, weakening the sense of body mass, combining the fictitious and interesting.
THE DISTINCTIVE BOX BLOCK IS DIVIDED ON BOTH SIDES IN A SEEMINGLY NON-EXISTENT STATE, AND THE STRUCTURE OF THE SEMI-ARCHED DOME IS A UNIFIED LANGUAGE, EMPHASIZING THE WHOLE AND THE RESPONSIVE. It is half warm, half airy, and romantic, full of atmosphere and richness of space.

IT IS WORTH MENTIONING THAT THE PLOT IS SET ON ONE SIDE ELEVATION, AND THE EXQUISITE WOODCARVING PROCESS MAKES IT LOOK LIKE AN OPEN CANVAS, SHOWING THE LAYOUT OF THE LAND AS BUSTLING, SETTLED AND SOLID. It forms a complete expression that fits both with the wooden background, and at the same time it is a self-contained subject, carrying extremely important functional attributes.
The interior is also exquisite. A reference to the floral design of the high-end hotel, the light countertops bear a sense of life and the seasons. They are stable and flexible, breaking the monotony and restraint. The base support also reproduces the play and use of the arch.
Visitor's eyes fall into view with the layering of multiple elements, making for a relaxed and comfortable conversation area. Thanks to the precise control of the law of perspective, the layout of the multiple pedestal forms ensures that the sense of scale and order remain reasonable and clear. Near the window, the shapes of sofas and ornaments are equally saturated and cleverly associated with the arched appearance of the building.

Once life meets urban humanity, the finely carved water bar area is on the way out. Continuing the consistent design approach, the refined lines and the regular contours form a delicate balance. The change in the opening of the glass door also gives a variety of expressions.
Wandering through the architecturally inspired art gallery, the array of acrylic-made installations, the progressive expansions of green in different colors, the different effects of leaves changing with the light and the growing process of seeds, all quietly tell the wonderful story of the passage of years and the passage of time.

Sleek lines outline the outline of the study, sitting in front of the desk, orderly order and tranquility in the distance. Folding sliding doors and sliding doors work together to blur partition boundaries with virtual processing, opening is shared and closed is exclusive. The dual-channel motion mode offers not only physical convenience, but also emotional satisfaction.

SMALL-SCALE GLASS INSERTS ARE INSERTED ON THE ELEVATION TO CONSTRUCT DIALOGUE WITH THE LIVING ROOM IN A FUN WAY, SWITCHING ALTERNATELY BETWEEN, ENHANCING THE FLOW AND LEVEL OF THE SPACE.
